Untold Stories Lab
16 – 23 July 2021
Over the course of one week, a select group of participants gets exclusive access to an early version of the interface, creates new screenings out of unseen film footage with the help of Artificial Intelligence and helps to steer functionality and design. Together we will investigate the value hidden in film archives and explore new ways of surfacing stories that have never been told before.
Untold Stories Lab will take place fully remotely online 16 – 23 July, with an opening and public show & tell event. The week in between will act as a sandbox, with participants working flexibly on their own time with the Untold Stories interface. On 20 July we’ll gather for an intermediary check-in to exchange thoughts and feedback. Participants will receive a honorarium for their involvement.
Fri 16 July | 16:00 – 18:00 | Opening |
Tue 20 July | 16:00 – 17:00 | Sandbox Check-in |
Fri 23 July | 16:00 – 18:00 | Public Show & Tell, Closing |
Express your interest in taking part by July 7th.
Selected applicants will be notified shortly afterwards.
